Chalice Financial Network™, a first of its kind Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based member benefit organization for independent financial advisors, announced the formation of a strategic partnership with Orion Advisor Services. The new partnership provides CFN members with discounted access to the industry leader for business administration software. TradingScreen Inc. (TS), an order and execution management system (OEMS) for all asset classes, revealed a strategic collaboration with BIDS Trading (BIDS), a U.S Alternative Trading System (ATS) that also powers the European Cboe LIS. The new alliance will allow market participants on the buy-side to access the biggest U.S. block liquidity provider as well as Cboe LIS’ expanding European liquidity pool.

Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (“Axos” or the “Company”) announced that its subsidiary, Axos Securities, LLC, has completed the acquisition of WiseBanyan Holding, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“WiseBanyan”). Axos expects the all-cash acquisition to have an immaterial impact on its financial results starting in its fiscal third quarter ending March 31, 2019.
