OpenFin, a NYC-based provider of an operating system (OS) of finance, raised additional $5m in funding.

HSBC has joined Bain Capital Ventures, Barclays, CME Ventures, DRW Venture Capital, J.P. Morgan, NYCA Partners, Pivot Investment Partners, and Wells Fargo in Series C financing, bringing the total amount raised in this round to $22m and total funding to date to $45m.

Advicent has launched NaviPlan 19.3, to help advisers deliver more accurate health care projections.
